Preorders

Some Clever and Calm products are offered as preorders. When you purchase a preorder item, payment is collected at checkout to reserve your game.

The estimated ship date is clearly listed on each preorder product page. Current preorders are expected to ship by December 4, 2026.

If an order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.

If we anticipate a delay beyond the stated ship date, we will contact you by email with an updated estimated ship date and the option to cancel your unshipped order for a full refund.

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. Delivery times after shipment are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Clever and Calm’s control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Clever and Calm is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
