Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it has been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, reach out through the Contact page with your order number.

If a preorder is delayed beyond its stated ship date, you may cancel the unshipped item for a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, reach out through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send return instructions.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all game components and packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible.

We’ll make it right by sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing another appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
